We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy before ordering.

Live animals (spiders)

  • Live animals cannot be returned. Because they are living creatures, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Arrival guarantee: if your spider arrives deceased or in clear distress, email mary@marysjumpers.com within [2 hours] of delivery with clear photos of the spider and the packaging. After we review it, we will offer a [replacement / refund / store credit].
  • The guarantee does not apply if the package was not received because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, or if the problem was caused by delays after delivery or by improper care.
  • Live animals ship only on days that suit the weather and carrier schedule (see our Shipping page). Weather delays are outside our control.
  • Cash on pickup orders are inspected and paid for at pickup.

Supplies, enclosures, and accessories

  • You may request a return within [14] days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, email mary@marysjumpers.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the original payment method within [5-7] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable [optional].

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a refund.

Items shipped directly from our suppliers
Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take longer to arrive. Returns for these items follow the same rules as above [adjust if you want to restrict them], and we will tell you where to send the item.

Non-refundable items
Live feeder insects, once shipped or picked up, and custom or made-to-order items [delete any that don’t apply].

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order that has not shipped.
